Issue/Rationale

Resolutions in Special Education (RISE) provides contacted consultant services to assist the ESE Director in meeting all State and Federal Department of Education requirements and legal mandates.

This assistance has historically provided the district with excellent compliance/audit results and fiscal savings.

Recommended Action
Approve contract as submitted.

Financial Impact
Annual investment not to exceed $14,100.00, paid by federal funds.
